  • M is for Monster / Kickstarter Project

Howdy Folks,

Today I am sharing with you a great project founded by Kevin T. Stein and where me and 25 great artists are taking part of. It’s a illustrated book which each artist need to illustrate a Monster starting with the letter we chose. Pretty excited to be part of this project BUT it is a Kickstarter project so if we don’t have enough PLEDGE for it it, well it will never come to life…That is why every dollar counts and it will be great if you can share the link anywhere you can. Read more about it and I assure you this will be a book you will want on your shelf.

Here is the link for the Kickstarter Project

Here’s my latest contract from a DJ based in London. This is his first song recorded and wanted to have a epic illustration to cover it. The song will be publish online only so this illustration will be used on facebook fan page, youtube, twitter and more.

It was a pleasure to work with him, one of my best client I had. He was patient, gave me good feedback, understandable and payed well. Everything a freelancer could look for. I did my best to gave him a great illustration and I must say I really like what I am seeing right now, it turn out great!

Hope you like and until next time,

Cheers!

  • Wall Piece / Stage 6

Hello Folks!!

Been out for few days to work on a special request for a teenager’s room. I’ve been ask to draw a black & white graffiti style on half of the wall. The boy is a grease monkey, when his not on his motocross or scooter his actually working on them so it was very important for him to have the a “Stage 6″ logo somewhere, which I did of course.

Like most of you know, I usually work on digital paintings so the fact to have a brush in my hand was already a challenge. I started with a doodle of course and then attacked the wall with a pencil before applying the paint. I got inspired with McBess work and the group “En Masse” which does incredible work in public places. My client and the boy loved it so I took my chance by doing something that will look like it but with my own touch in it.

Took 4 days to complete the wall and it was a great experience. So here’s a few images of the artwork, sorry for the photo quality it was taken with my phone and ipad. I actually need to find time to go back with a better camera, but for now this is what I have.
